The 4th Bi-Annual International PMC Conference is all set up. It will be held at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, for the third year running. This Glass Cutter/Running Pliers Set is a fabulous value! We searched the web for a class cutter that does not require oil to protect the cutting tip and found these two great tools to offer as a set.
